CONTEST RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Contest entry period 12:01am EST January 29, 2010 through 11:59pm EST February 14, 2010. Contest open to all legal US businesses within 100 miles of Piscotti Productions LTD (Wheelersburg, OH 45694). Winner will be contacted no later than February 21, 2010. Winner and commercial prize will be announced on Piscotti Productions LTD's website (www.piscottiproductions.com).

Odds of winning is determined by number of entries received. Piscotti Productions LTD is not responsible for lost, misdirected or misaddressed entries or emails lost in cyberspace. Determination of the winner is the sole discretion of the judges. You may enter as many times as you want, but multiple entries will not increase your odds of winning.

Entries may also be mailed to: Share the Love Contest, Piscotti Productions LTD, PO Box 484, Wheelersburg, OH 45694. Mailed entries must be received by February 14, 2010. Piscotti Productions LTD is not responsible for lost, misdirected, misaddressed, or late entries.

PRIZE: Production of one (1) 30-second long television commercial delivered on one DVD copy ($700 value). Prize package consists of one (1) day of shooting and one (1) edit. Prize package does NOT include airtime. Winner must schedule shooting of prize package by February 28, 2010, and production of prize package must be completed by March 15, 2010 otherwise winner forfeits the prize package. Piscotti Productions LTD retains all creative and production control over the final production. Piscotti Productions LTD also retains the right to concel production of prize package at any time due to creative differences between Piscotti Productions LTD and winning business, without justification, without notification, and without compensation to winner. Because of this, prize package has no cash value and no remuneration will be given. Piscotti Productions LTD retains all copyrights to the completed prize production. By accepting the prize package, the winner agrees to Piscotti Productions LTD using their name, business, pictures, audio, video, and likeness in current and future advertising and promotions.

Prize package does not qualify for the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee because ... well ... it's FREE! But we'll work with you to try to ensure that you are 100% satisfied.
